CDC Partnership Work, Saturdays 8:15 – 1pm

The 313 partners with the CDC in a variety of capacities. Starting in September 2006 we began working with them to provide technology skills training. We are currently holding our own academic enrichment class for some neighborhood kids in grades 1-8 with the goal of helping these youth advance academically, while we mentor them and build relationships with them and their families.

The 313 is currently looking to expand – adding a group of volunteers that will focus on home renovations, repairs, and general home help to seniors living in the communities of Detroit that we are involved in.
